2. Description of Service

LearnQuick.app provides a platform for creating Anki flashcards from video content. The Service includes:

  • Video upload and processing
  • Subtitle extraction and synchronization
  • Audio clip generation
  • Screenshot capture from videos
  • Translation services for multiple languages
  • Export functionality to Anki format

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

LearnQuick.app offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice to subscribers

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
  • Upload content containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without our express permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service itself, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content (excluding user content), is owned by LearnQuick.app and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any video content you upload complies with copyright laws and that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use such content. We do not monitor user content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any service interruptions or data loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of translations or generated content

10. Privacy

11. Termination
